We're RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consultants, helping companies utilize HubSpot to streamline and help their sales/marketing/business teams function at scale. We grew from 2 people in Jan 2021 to a team of 85 people as of today. We're bootstrapped yet sustainable, with our goals highly focused on revenue-enablement activities for our customers. We work with HubSpot and Salesforce customers to help them make the most out of their instances by streamlining marketing, sales, services, CS processes & reporting. We own the system so that you get to think about what your business needs next.


You’ll be working with US-based CMOs / VP Sales / CEOs of companies sized b/w 10-50 or 50-200 who have hit their PMF, to help them:


  • Build solid GTM strategy based on their business model, product / service, ICP.
  • Optimise existing channels that generate demand, make them scalable
  • Open up new channels
  • Help them create low friction entry barriers for their product / new offerings altogether.
  • Getting a strong hold of their ICP and keep identifying innovative plays to bringing more pipeline
  • Build motions to convert incoming demand to pipeline (Lead >> MQL >> SAL >> SQL >> Opp >> Customer)
  • This is both - strategic + operator-led role (may look like a lot of work, and in all honesty, it could be a lot of work - but we’re very open to building great teams - you need someone, we’ll get them for you so that YOU can scale.)

  • Has seen & been a part of 0>>1 & probably even 1>>10 of a company / specific GTM motion
  • Has a T-shape - w/ depth preferred in paid / cold outreach OR even driving sales-led motions with a team of SDRs / AEs
  • Has a muscle of being driven by data, building hypothesis, test and scale


Also, you’re NOT fit if you’ve:


  • Never worked on launching a new product / service offering from scratch
  • Never been measured upon marketing-attributed / influenced revenue as a KPI.
  • Never worked on optimising conversion rates across the buyer journey (Lead >> SAL >> Opp >> Customer)



Soft requirements:


● Willing to work in a Startup culture

● Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days)

● Proactive and motivated enough to achieve something substantial in life.

● Willing to roll up the sleeves, take ownership, and solve problems.
